Morning light filters through the windows as the day opens quietly, with the waterfront just steps away and the easy energy of Nuevo Nayarit's plaza drawing you out whenever you're ready. Come evening, warm air settles over the coast, and whether you're pulling up a sun lounger, wandering between cafés, or simply listening to the rhythm of the water, there's a pace here that's hard to leave behind.

 

The space

This two-bedroom condo sits within Plaza 3.14 Nuevo Vallarta and sleeps up to 6 guests across 2 beds and a sofa bed, with 2 bathrooms and a single-level layout that moves easily from one room to the next. A private entrance keeps arrivals uncomplicated, and elevator access means heavy bags and long beach days are never a burden. Room-darkening shades let slow mornings stretch as long as you need them, and window guards offer a quiet reassurance for anyone travelling with young children.

 

Indoor comfort

Air conditioning keeps things cool no matter how warm it gets along the coast, while fast Wifi and a dedicated workspace give remote workers somewhere to settle between trips to the water. A TV is on hand for quieter evenings in, and the condo is cleaned before every arrival so you can step straight into your stay without a second thought.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick morning coffee to a proper meal cooked at home. A refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and wine glasses are all here alongside cooking basics, dishes, and silverware - everything you need without having to think about it. Pull everyone together at the dining table to eat, catch up, and plan the day ahead.

 

Outdoor living

A patio or balcony extends your living space into the open air, furnished with outdoor furniture and sun loungers for slow hours in the warmth. The building's pool is close at hand when you want to cool off, and bikes are available for those who'd rather explore the coastline on two wheels. With the waterfront right on your doorstep, a reason to head outside is never hard to find.

 

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms come stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water - so you can pack light and arrive to everything already in place.

Positioned within Plaza 3.14 Nuevo Vallarta, the condo places you at the heart of a lively open-air setting filled with restaurants, cafés, and shops. Nuevo Nayarit's long Pacific coastline stretches out nearby, and Puerto Vallarta is just a short drive away for those who want to venture further. It's a location that balances genuine local energy with the kind of ease that only a waterfront address can offer.

 

Getting here & practical details

Free parking garage on premises and free street parking make arrivals straightforward however you get here. The building is single level with elevator access throughout. Long term stays are welcome for guests looking to extend their time on the coast.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations. Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions. If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival. *Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to move around the area and go to restaurants, visit stores and other attractions.



For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



The resort is a 20 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay. Terra is located in a development in which it has its own facilities, so you can not make use of other facilities that do not correspond to the Terra tower. -Because of the nature of the destination it is common that on the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend using repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
