Our stay was wonderful, and the host was absolutely outstanding. I have honestly never met someone so kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we felt comfortable and welcome.The property was exactly as described, clean, and well cared for, but what truly made this stay special was the host herself. It’s refreshing to know there are still people like her in the world—genuine, caring, and willing to help in any way they can.I would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great experience. Thank you for everything!

Rachel was a top tier guest. I would highly recommend hosting Rachel. The property was left in GREAT conditon and Rachel was willing to help out in order to accommodate late check out, early check in Rachel was very responsive and kind.

Miscommunication somewhere, the property was shared with another and that was uncomfortable. I have small kids with a lot of energy from our 8 hour drive. The other person decided to bang on the floor at us. Not cool. Someone also randomly kept ringing the door bell. Nice decor, bed was awesome and amenities were superb!

I am born and raised in the Sioux falls area. Growing up in a small town, I have spent much time in the Sioux falls metro and am familiar with most of the small towns around the area as well as Sioux falls. I love hosting because it allows tourists to have somewhere comfortable to sleep while visiting our beautiful city.

I enjoy this neighborhood because it is a quiet, peaceful area with direct access to the interstate to get you wherever you are going. It's close enough to the airport which makes for a quick drive to the location. Sports-enthusiasts and entertainment gurus will appreciate this location especially since it is in close proximity to the Sanford Pentagon, Sanford Sports Complex, and the Denny Sanford Premjer Center.

Being raised on a South Dakota Farm, I wanted to bring that feeling to guests who may not be familiar with the lifestyle. The property boasts many farm related decor pieces as well as comfortable furniture that you would find in a typical modern farm house here in South Dakota.
