To avoid disturbing neighbors, noise is not allowed after midnight until 8 a.m. This property has strict recycling rules. Please check the recycling instructions upon arrival.



The deposit is refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided that no damages have been reported.



For stays of 10 nights or more, electricity consumption is available for an extra fee.
