LOCATION:

Las Palmas Mansion is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic.

Cap Cana is an exclusive gated resort community offering 24-hour security and world-class luxury. A favorite hideaway for discerning travelers and celebrities, this Caribbean paradise features pristine beaches, Punta Espada and the new Las Iguanas championship golf courses by Jack Nicklaus, and endless opportunities for relaxation and adventure.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right close to the resort - 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

THE SPACE:

Las Palmas Mansion is a combination of 2 newly built (from 2025-2026) luxury villas:
Las Palmas 3 with 10 bedrooms, 10.5 baths, private pool, Jacuzzi, games and golf carts.
Las Palmas 4 with 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, private pool, Jacuzzi, games, and golf carts.

Las Palmas Mansion is a rare estate-style retreat combining two newly built luxury villas (2025–2026) into one exceptional private escape.

Las Palmas 3 offers 10 bedrooms, while Las Palmas 4 features 6 bedrooms—each with private pools, Jacuzzis, games areas, and golf carts—perfect for large groups seeking both space and connection.

At Las Palmas 3, open-concept living flows seamlessly outdoors, with a lively bar and games lounge, a stunning pool and Jacuzzi, lush gardens, and elegant alfresco dining. Las Palmas 4 welcomes you with a grand foyer and entertainment area, leading to refined living spaces and an expansive terrace with outdoor kitchen, lounge, and private pool.

Across both villas, every bedroom is a private retreat with ensuite bathrooms and serene garden or pool views. Clean, minimalist design and thoughtfully curated spaces create a relaxed yet elevated atmosphere—perfect for unforgettable stays in the Caribbean.

THE BEDROOMS:

All bedrooms have air-conditioning, TV, closet with a safe, and ensuite bathroom with rain shower and Hans Grohe fixtures. Each bedroom upstairs has a private balcony and the bedroom downstairs has a terrace with direct access to the pool area.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef x 2: Your private Spanish-speaking chefs will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chefs may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler x 2: The English- and Spanish-speaking butlers will serve drinks, food, and generally helps around the house. The butlers may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper x 4: The Spanish-speaking housekeepers will clean the villas, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeepers may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
