The pool and hot tub were both wonderful additions to a great long weekend stay. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials. Plenty of room for us to watch TV, eat, and sleep. Location is central to alot of places and events in North Hills.

Owner was very responsive and pool was clean, all amenities as shown and close to parks, shops and restaurants. We would recommend this home & will stay again.

Very nice! Loved having the pool! The house was very clean and it was a very nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay again. Susan made check in and out very easy. Location was convenient…minutes from the family we were visiting.

Rooms were exactly what we needed. House was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Hot tub and swimming pool clean. It had everything we needed. Host was easy to reach, we had a small issue with a shower and she had it fixed quickly. Would stay here again!!

I don't recommend it because they charge huge amounts of additional money.The bathroom is poorly designed; when I took a shower, the water leaked small drops. and they charged me 2,450 for something that wasn't my fault.And even though I repaired the small damage in the ceiling

Our stay here was okay; I want to give a lot of credit to Susan for being a responsive and helpful property manager. Apparently this house is due for renovation later this year, so it was a lacking in terms of the quality of the house. Lots of paint nicks and dings everywhere, clear evidence of moisture/leakage from the roof in upstairs master bedroom, a torn couch cushion, broken garbage disposal, bugs, dirty hot tub, lots of wear and tear around the house. Susan helped as best as she could (getting the pool cleaned again, providing dish towels), but I don’t feel that the quality of our stay was worth the 450/night we ended up paying. It would have been helpful to receive some financial concession for the issues we faced but this was never offered. It’s nice that the property will be renovated in the distant future, but that does nothing to help guests in the present or the near future.
