Family vacation apartment (90 m²) on the first floor

This lovingly furnished vacation rental is located on the first floor of a villa surrounded by greenery and offers 90 square meters of space for up to 8 people. It features two comfortably furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed and a cute children’s play bed, as well as an additional room with a bunk bed. The very spacious designer kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, water and egg boilers, a fridge-freezer combo, a waffle iron, and a blender. A few cookbooks and a wide variety of kitchen utensils are provided to inspire your culinary creativity. In the kitchen, you’ll also find a dining area with a table, chairs, a corner bench, and a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. From the living room, you’ll enjoy a magnificent, unobstructed panoramic view of the Kreuzberg. It features a large dining table that seats up to 8 people, a sofa, a rocking chair, and a piano, as well as a satellite TV with internet access. A play cabinet with an old dollhouse kitchen, plenty of children’s books, and toys, art supplies, and craft materials ensures that children can stay entertained even when the weather is bad. In a small home library, you’ll find a wide variety of books in different languages and a large collection of board games. The spacious bathroom features a bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet, changing table, washing machine, clothes rack, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and is equipped with large mirrors. When the weather is nice, you can sit on the sunny porch, or the children can play in the garden. Payment is generally due in cash upon arrival. A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged after booking. In addition, all guests aged 16 and older must pay a tourist tax of 1 EUR per person per night, which we are required to remit to the city of Bischofsheim. In return, you will receive a voucher for the outdoor or indoor pool and a discount for the sauna there. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person upon arrival. Pets are not allowed. Cribs and extra beds are available.
