New residence in Zastan. The residence is located right by Lake Koprowo. The beach by the lake is only 150 meters away. From Zastan, it is about 3 km to the famous seaside resorts of Międzyzdroje and Miedzywodzie. The residence offers 5 parking spaces for guests' cars, making it a nice place for family or business gatherings. The house is finished with traditional materials. The furniture inside is partially made by well-known Polish designers. A large number of bedrooms and bathrooms ensure comfortable accommodation for up to 16 people at the same time. Guests can enjoy on-site two double kayaks and one rowing boat for 3 people.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Youth groups not allowed. The landlord lives on the same property. Dogs are to be kept on a leash. When arriving with a dog, the dog is not allowed to stay alone in the apartment. Non smoking accommodation. Property under video surveillance ... Only one dog is allowed in this type.
