The 90 m² villa features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, smart TV, gas and electric heating, portable fan, washing machine, and a game console. A crib is also available.

Car rental is recommended. There is one on-site parking space and free street parking. Up to 3 pets are allowed on request and for an extra fee. The property does not have air conditioning. There is a security alarm but no security cameras. Parties and events are not permitted. The pool is available from May 1st to the third week of October.



NOTICE: Due to major storms, the road is damaged 1 km from the property, about a 20-minute walk. Authorities are working on repairs, but there is no set date for reopening to vehicles. The pool is currently unavailable as access is restricted. If the road remains closed in about 16 days, you will be notified and may cancel free of charge, and assistance will be provided to find alternative accommodation.
