1 room has a king size bed & twin xl size air mattress, the 2nd room has 2 twin xl size beds. These 2 rooms are located on 3rd floor. 3rd room is on 1st floor and has a queen size bed. All rooms have new beds, TV’s & have private bathrooms.

Located just minutes away from Downtown, Fair Park, Convention Center, Victory Park, Uptown, and Deep Ellum, this unique house is perfect for guests looking to explore Dallas. Whether you’re looking to watch a game, try a restaurant or a business trip, this house is conveniently located just down the street.

The space
3 separate bedrooms (2 next to each other) with 5 beds total ( 3 twin lx beds & 1 king size bed, & 1 queen size bed) closet, SmartTV with all streaming services, fast WiFi, and full kitchen.

1st floor: entry, queen bedroom w/ private bathroom

2nd floor: kitchen, living room, patio, half bath, washer and dryer

3rd floor: Master king bedroom with private bathroom, Twin bedroom with private bathroom.

4th floor: Terrace

The neighborhood is diverse & transitioning towards gentrification, but that's most areas near downtown.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home except for 2 locked owner's closets. The front of the house offers a 2 car driveway for parking, additional parking on Atlanta Street. No parking inside garage or on grass.

Other things to note
-No partying or large gatherings (7+ guests!) If a neighbor makes a valid complaint, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund!
-Please check out on time. Late checkout will be charged $25 per 15 minutes they stay late. Early check in may be available (additional fee.)
-Please don't use towels to clean the floor, as they will have to be thrown away & guest will be charged $10 per towel.
-Strict 6 guest max policy. The original 6 guests are non transferable. $100 per extra guest, per day will be charged.
-No garage parking ($50 fee will be charged,) unless severe weather (like hail.) But guests are expected to get permission from host first, before parking in the garage.
