If you are going to be in this area, this is the house to rent. PERIOD. No, the bloke is not a relative or a friend of mine. We travel extensively as our child is competitive athlete so we stay in 10 plus VRBO’s each year. Some are ok, some are a disaster, but this one was actually perfect. So much so that I told my wife if we could simply move this accommodation from one tournament to the next I would do that. The owner could not have been more accommodating from flexibility on check out time to helping me trouble shoot and fix an issue with to much light coming into a bedroom he went above and beyond and did not rest until he solved the problem. When I asked him if it would be ok if we came back to shower after the tournament (very important when you walk in the sun for 6 hours and it is 105 degrees) if he did not have a renter the next day, he said, “absolutely”. This is a big deal for us and I have had some home owners try to get an extra few bucks out of me rather than being human beings as it has no financial impact on them. The idea of renting from a person rather then a corporation is that everyone benefits. Not sure why everyone can’t understand this, but the owners of this place do. House was perfectly equipped. If you want to find fault with it, the only complaint I had was that there was no BBQ but I am fairly certain if I had requested one this bloke would have sorted it out. I give this property and the owners my highest recommendation. 6 stars.
