Park City Apex 207 is a beautiful mountain condo located in the highly sought-after Apex community in Canyons Village, offering convenient access to skiing, dining, shopping, and year-round activities. Guests can easily reach the slopes and Canyons Village base area, where you'll find restaurants, shops, concerts, and entertainment.

This multi-level condo offers a spacious layout with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests—perfect for families or groups looking for a modern mountain retreat.
Upon entry, you'll find a bright and welcoming interior with thoughtfully designed living spaces across two levels, ideal for both relaxing and gathering after a day on the mountain.

Living Areas:
The home features two separate living rooms—one on each level—both equipped with very large Smart TVs and cozy gas fireplaces controlled by remote. These inviting spaces are perfect for unwinding, watching movies, or spending time together.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances, including a Viking gas range with six burners and a Wolf microwave. With ample counter space and both drip and Keurig coffee options, it's well set up for everything from quick breakfasts to full meals.
