Sergei, (property owner and host) was very communicative and personable. We love the architecture of the home. Sergei has the home well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. There are three full bedrooms (one being a master suite with an attached bathroom and beautiful design). The other two bedrooms are fully equipped with comfortable bedding to provide a peaceful and relaxing night sleep.The backyard and landscape is beautiful and provides a very nice in-ground pool. We spent most of time in the backyard and in the pool. Thank you Sergei, for a wonderful and relaxing weekend! The home is located in a very beautiful area with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. We highly recommend Q39 for a great dinner of a taste of LC BBQ. We were able to relax and catch up with some very dear friends we have not seen in a few years. We will cherish the memories that we made here.
