PARKING:
- Yes. Two (2) designated parking spots per townhouse.
- Parking features: Ground level parking available; unassigned parking.
- No street parking.
- Parking passes are required for overnight stays and are provided within the unit.
- Guests parking passes are in the unit and are to be displayed within vehicle at all times.
- Overnight vehicles without passes may be subject to towing.
- Guests are also required to return the passes to designated area in the unit upon departure.

- A fee will be added to your reservation for each unreturned passes.
- Guests will receive a reminder before arrival and prior to checkout of this policy.

SUMMER:
- Guests are required to have bracelets to use the beach and amenities (pool, hot tub, gym). These are supplied at the front desk. The entirety of your party must be present to receive wristbands. Children under the age of 4 do not need one.
- Vehicle details will be asked for prior to your stay. This is referenced prior to receiving your access wristbands.

Seasonal Note: Please be aware that during this time of year, the pollen is extremely heavy, and it settles quickly on outdoor surfaces, leaving a yellow dust. Even after cleaning, the porch, railings, and other outdoor areas may accumulate pollen again within an hour. Over time, it can become sticky, so we recommend taking the following precautions:

- Please remove shoes before entering the house to keep floors cleaner.
- If your stay is lengthy, you may notice a buildup of pollen on the front porch.
- When parked in the parking lot, pollen may accumulate on your vehicle as well. Please be mindful of your paint when attempting to remove sap.

SAFETY:
Private, custom, and secure door entry code with every stay.
Exterior Ring monitoring. We do not permit any video security devices inside the home.

POLICIES AND WARNINGS:
By booking, you agree to the house rules, health& safety and cancellation policies.
Price does not include site booking fees.
CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM; CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM. Check in and check out times are firm.
Removing shoes or jackets that can get affected by the outside elements, such as sand, rain, or snow upon entry can act as an additional safety measure and prevent accidents due to slippery floors and dirt.
GUEST ENTRY DETAILS: a unique code will be provided and each code will be reset after each guests’ stay.
SECURITY CAMERA DETAILS: Surveillance cameras may be used in the common areas by Lakeland Village, not by the homeowner.

NOT PROVIDED AND/OR PERMITTED:
No smoking - Lakeland Village is a smoke free resort.
No pets.
Not provided: food, toiletries.

PLEASE NOTE:
Saying that it sleeps up to 8 people does not mean there are 8 bedrooms or beds.
No extra beds are available - only what is in the unit is provided.
All properties are owner decorated and decor is not to be removed from the property.
Access to the “Additional Amenities” are subject to the current situation and government restrictions.
This home is owner operated; the HOA dictates the availability of the community amenities (pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness center, etc.). The private beach is always open.

WILDLIFE WARNING: Guests may encounter various animals and/or critters in Tahoe, such as bears, mice, raccoons, spiders, etc. With snow and moisture on the ground, you may experience animals near or in the home.
QUIET TIME: The county quiet time for all rentals is 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM
POWER OUTAGES: no generators provided
WINTER TRAVEL WARNING: Snow is a common occurrence and chains may be required during heavy snowfall. 4WD vehicles are recommended over low profile 2WD vehicles.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is up to the guest to purchase; refunds not given due to Covid, smoke, fire, weather, snow storms, road closures, etc.
CANCELLATIONS: Relaxed cancellation policy: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel at least 14 days before check-in. If the cancellation occurs between 7 and 14 days before check-in, we will issue a 50% refund for all nights. For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, the full amount for all nights will be charged. Additionally, guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation is made at least 14 days before check-in.
