Seasonal Note: Please be aware that during this time of year, the pollen is extremely heavy, and it settles quickly on outdoor surfaces, leaving a yellow dust. Even after cleaning, the porch, railings, and other outdoor areas may accumulate pollen again within an hour. Over time, it can become sticky, so we recommend taking the following precautions:
- Please remove shoes before entering the house to keep floors cleaner.
- If your stay is lengthy, you may notice a buildup of pollen on the front porch.
- When parked in the parking lot, pollen may accumulate on your vehicle as well. Please be mindful of your paint when attempting to remove sap.

WILDLIFE WARNING: Guests may encounter various animals and/or critters in Tahoe, such as bears, mice, raccoons, spiders, etc. With snow and moisture on the ground, you may experience animals near or in the home.
QUIET TIME: The county quiet time for all rentals is 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM
POWER OUTAGES: no generators provided
WINTER TRAVEL WARNING: Snow is a common occurrence and chains may be required during heavy snowfall. 4WD vehicles are recommended over low profile 2WD vehicles.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is up to the guest to purchase; refunds not given due to Covid, smoke, fire, weather, snow storms, road closures, etc.
CANCELLATIONS: Relaxed cancellation policy: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel at least 14 days before check-in. If the cancellation occurs between 7 and 14 days before check-in, we will issue a 50% refund for all nights. For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, the full amount for all nights will be charged.
