In the building, you’ll find a shopping area with a supermarket and small shops, as well as a pizzeria, a café, and a bakery.

There are 2 elevators. The “Roter Sand” vacation rental is accessible by elevator, making it wheelchair-accessible.
The Roter Sand apartment has its own underground parking space.
