The Villa Medici, a historic villa in the spa-style architecture, is located right on the promenade along Lake Heringsdorf and thus just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.
After a short walk along the promenade, you’ll reach the town centers of Bansin and Heringsdorf in about 10 minutes.
The apartment includes a free parking space directly on the Villa Medici property.



Villa Medici 04:

This 41-square-meter, two-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor of Villa Medici and is accessible without any steps.
The apartment features a living room with a sofa (which can be converted into a bed for two people, approx. 1.40 m wide), a dining area for up to 4 people, and a kitchenette equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and all necessary cooking utensils; a bedroom with a double bed and a second TV, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
A small south-facing terrace is also part of the apartment.

***The initial supply of consumables includes: 2 rolls of toilet paper, trash bags in all available trash cans, dish soap + 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 dishcloth, 1 sponge, a dish towel, and paper towels***



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
