We chose this neighborhood because it truly captures the feel of old Florida—quiet, peaceful, and full of charm—while still being just minutes from the beach. It offers the best of both worlds: a safe, tucked-away street where you can relax without traffic or noise, yet close to great restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.

What we love most is the balance of privacy and convenience. You can spend the day at the beach or exploring, then come back to a calm, comfortable space to unwind, grill outside, and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. It’s the kind of place that feels like a true escape while still being close to everything.

Step outside to your spacious, private backyard oasis featuring a saltwater pool (not heated, up to 8 feet deep), a relaxing enclosed lounge area, outdoor dining space, and a tanning area for soaking up the Florida sun. Fire up the charcoal/gas grill and enjoy meals outdoors in a peaceful setting.

For your beach adventures, we’ve got you covered with bicycles, beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and towels—all available for guest use. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home, along with both Keurig (K-cups) and drip coffee options. Starter essentials like paper towels and soap are provided for your first day, and a washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
