A one-room guest apartment located along the Way of St. James. Just 2 km from Ravensburger Spieleland. Ravensburg is 13 km away, and Friedrichshafen (Lake Constance) is 8 km from the accommodation.
The apartment has been completely refurbished. The train station and shopping center are within walking distance (5-minute walk).

This one-room vacation apartment, located in the basement of our house, is within walking distance of the train station and shopping center on the outskirts of Meckenbeuren. Just around the corner is a walking path through orchards and along the Swabian river, the Schussen, which flows into Lake Constance.
The vacation rental features a combined living and sleeping area with a compact kitchen and a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. You’ll find a free parking spot right nearby (20 m) on the side of the road on public property.

The following is included in the price or is part of the vacation rental’s amenities:
You’ll be staying in a living-sleeping area with a dining area and a compact kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a small ***freezer compartment, a capsule coffee machine (capsules for coffee, decaf, and espresso are provided), an electric kettle (various types of tea are available for you), and a toaster. Cookware, dishes, cutlery, and various glasses are also provided. Kitchen grater and hand blender, pots, cutting boards, bowls, and pans for cooking. Dish soap, dish towels, and dishcloths, as well as a draining rack for washed dishes. Vinegar, oil, and spices are also provided.
In the living/bedroom, you’ll find a 1.60 m wide double bed (box spring) with 2 pillows (80 x 80 cm and 80 x 40 cm) and a winter/summer quilt. Two additional wool blankets are in the closet, along with hangers. Internet-enabled TV with Wi-Fi—can be used as a computer—with built-in radio stations.
In the separate bathroom, you’ll find shower gel and shampoo, toilet paper, tissues, a hair dryer, and one hand towel and one bath towel per person, as well as guest towels and a foot towel. A small space heater creates a cozy atmosphere while showering.
The apartment features books to browse through, a game case to pass the time on rainy days or in the evenings, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and iron, a mop, and a cleaning cloth.
