The holiday flat is located in a house built in 2009 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a holiday complex, on the outskirts of the town. Also due to its quiet hillside location, the residence is popular. Available for use: parasol, sun lounger and terrace. The holiday flats are cosily furnished. I am on the ground floor. Internet is free only in the public areas and not in the apartments.

Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 37 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with electric heating. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and ground level and leads over a terrace directly in the living room/bedroom. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, dinette, TV and La terrazza è attrezzata con un tavolo e sedie da giardino, un ombrellone e 2 sedie a sdraio. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 2 sunloungers and parasol. Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator (220 l, freezer), microwave and coffee machine. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Castelnuovo del Garda, district Cavalcaselle. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex, on a 40000 sqm open garden plot. The apartments are surrounded by hilly terrain. The restaurant overlooks the 1,400 square meter swimming pool. The beach volleyball court is located directly behind the mini club. The holiday apartment is situated in a panoramic position among the hills that surround the south side of Lake Garda. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available in a carport. All guests have the opportunity to park their car near the apartment.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-April to mid-September 25 m x 58 m 1.50 m deep). Paddling pool and children’s pool (16 m x 26 m 0.70 m deep). The pool area (2,400 square metres with sun loungers and parasols) has 3 pools. A 120 cm deep and 50 m long pool is available to guests. The 480 m² children’s pool is surrounded by a sandy beach with children’s games. Next to the larger pool is the mini club, where multilingual entertainers offer a varied and age-appropriate programme for all children aged 4 to 12 in July and August. The pools are open SEASONALLY.

In the complex: table tennis and bike rental. Animation for children from 4 years. Miniclub from the end of May to the beginning of September.
