Enter into the open floorplan to be greeted by a family room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable furnishings and a smart television invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. Host meals for the whole party in the cutting edge kitchen equipped with stainless appliances. The adjacent dining area seats 6 and is surrounded by windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
This condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 private balconies and covers 1,858sqft. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, flat-screen TV, and large windows to take in the oceanfront views. The ensuite primary bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower with a built-in bench, private water closet, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom holds two full beds. The guest bathroom holds a shower/tub combo.
The second guest bedroom has a private balcony entrance and is bright and open during the daytime with a king-sized murphy bed that can be easily pulled down to use in the evening. Sitting furniture adorn this sunny bedroom so that it can be used as a hybrid work/socialize/sleep space. This condo even includes an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience!

Grand Coquina is one of the few complexes in the area to feature both an indoor pool and an indoor hot tub so that guests can enjoy swimming regardless of the weather outside. Other amenities include a spacious fitness center and sauna.
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site; however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
Located just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Grand Coquina offers proximity to some of the areas best shopping and dining. Just a stone's throw from Grand Coquina is the Dunlawton Bridge featuring all the shops and restaurants on and near Dunlawton Avenue. Directly across from Grand Coquina is High Tides Restaurant and a convenience store. Local surf shops, Mini-Golf, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance.
A starter kit of household essentials is provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.
Guests have a central point of contact with Daytona Oceanfront Rentals and will also meet a host at check-in for a building tour prior to issuing the front door pin code.
Building management require a hosted check-in.
A trusted host will reach out by SMS text prior to check-in to coordinate your arrival. Guests are responsible for prompt and courteous communication with the host.
The check-in time is an appointment with the host and guests that miss their appointment may have a delay until a new host can be scheduled.
Normal check-in is from 4:00PM to 8:00PM EST. Late check-in from 8:00PM-12:00AM EST will incur a $100 service fee payable in cash onsite to the host prior to key transfer.
No check-in is allowed from 12:00AM-10:00AM EST.
Guests are required to return a registration form providing mobile contact number, home address, car model & license plate number and names of unit occupants. This information is filed with the respective building management office to provide to first responders in case of emergency. Guests must also provide this information to receive parking passes and to coordinate with the check-in host prior to arrival.
Includes 1 open garage parking space and 1 open parking lot space. Guests will be provided with a garage opener.
Trailers are not allowed onsite. Please text after booking, but prior to arrival to inquire about rented offsite trailer parking.
No smoking allowed anywhere in the unit, including the balcony. If the unit is required to be deodorized due to smoking, there will be an additional $300 deep cleaning fee charged plus you could be liable for any lost rents from subsequent guests.
Building rules require guests to wear cover ups, shirts, & shoes in all common areas. No student groups & minimum age of primary guest is 25.
Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
