THINGS TO NOTE:
• This is off grid, meaning power is sourced from solar panels and a generator. As such, electrical amenities like TVs, a traditional coffee maker, dishwasher, and clothes dryer are not included. There is a great internet connection!
• Washer in home. There is no dryer.
• Driveway parking for 3 vehicles available. RVs and trailers are welcome.
• Please note: due to the remote location and access road conditions, a higher-clearance vehicle such as an SUV is strongly recommended.
• This home is pet friendly. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $100 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. In order to bring your pet, we will want a signed agreement your pet will not be running through neighbors’ property.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras:
o (1) located at and actively monitoring the front door,
o (2) located at and actively monitoring the driveway,
o (3) located at the side of the home and actively monitoring the back of the home.
• Portable crib and stair gates provided.
