📝 Condo Application Required: All reservations require condominium approval. Applications must be submitted at least 30 days prior to check-in.
Applications submitted within 30–14 days may incur an expedite fee. Applications submitted less than 14 days before check-in are not guaranteed to be approved in time, and check-in will only be allowed once approval is received.
Processing time is a minimum of 5 business days.
📝 Guest Application Fees (Required by the Condominium): - $150 for the first adult or married couple - $150 per additional adult (waived with marriage certificate) - $50 expedite fee if submitted within 14 days of arrival
Applications must be submitted at least 14 business days prior to check-in. If the application is not approved, the reservation will be canceled and all payments will be refunded, except for the non-refundable application fee.
💳 Building Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of up to $5,000 (or one month’s rent, whichever is lower) is required by the building and paid directly to them.
💳 Security Deposit A $250 pre-authorization hold will be placed through your Boarding Pass and released 7 days after checkout pending inspection.
If any deductions apply, an itemized statement will be provided.
🐾 Pet Registration Pets allowed upon approval (up to 2 pets under 20 lbs). The condominium requires $400 per pet as part of their mandatory pet registration process. Vaccine records, a signed pet form, and a pet photo are required. Full instructions will be provided after booking. We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay. 1. No parties or events allowed. 2. No smoking allowed. 3. No unregistered guests allowed. 4. Pet authorization required. 5. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 6. Please respect the noise curfew (9pm-9am). 7. Please turn up the AC to 76 when you go out. 8. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 9. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a fee of $100. 10. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages. 11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. 12. Please do your dishes. 13. Please take the trash out before you leave.
