Our private 6-acre retreat in peaceful Crawford sits just 20 minutes from Waco, Magnolia, and Baylor. We designed this property from the ground up as our family's dream home — finishing the main house in 2023 and adding our 2,800 sq ft climate-controlled pickleball barn in 2025. Combined: 5,800+ sq ft of indoor space plus a 1,000 sq ft fully screened-in covered patio — 16 guests, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.

Unlike most Waco-area rentals (older homes remodeled for short-term stays), The Pickleball Ranch is brand-new and custom-built — modern appliances, designer-curated décor, magazine-ready interiors.

• Two 8-seat outdoor dining tables — pushed together for 14 or separated to seat 16
• Comfortable couches with a TV for movie nights or the big game
• Propane grill with direct house-propane hookup — never runs out mid-cookout

• Max 16 overnight guests
• Before using the firepit, confirm McLennan County has no active burn ban
• Pets: dogs only, max 2, 75 lbs each, $100/pet fee — crated when unattended, not allowed in the pickleball barn
