Get ready for summer! Gunite Pool, hot tub, fire pit, sun and fun! Enjoy this sunlit, Southampton home with beach chic interior in a woodsy style retreat with your family. The home is ideally located just a quick 15 minutes from the villages of Southampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor and nearby beaches. Sitting on a full acre and nestled into a private nature preserve, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home boasts designer furnishings with local flair throughout, offering guests all the comforts expected of an upscale vacation home. The kitchen is great for serving up meals with two ovens, new 5 burner cooktop, new refrigerator appliances, plus a granite peninsula with stools for easy entertaining. The open concept great room boasts a dining room seating 8-12 comfortably and a dramatic living room with vaulted ceiling and hand crafted fireplace two comfy bay window nooks overlooking the landscaped grounds, pool area and nature preserve beyond. Imagine yourself sitting in front of the fireplace or cozied up with your latest summer read, rose in hand. The home features four large bedrooms; first floor with queen bed plus working desk (in case you’ve got a WFH guest in your party) plus a fully renovated bathroom on first floor. Second floor features a second bedroom with queen bedded room with large walk in closet, a third guest room with two queen beds (great for kids or guests), also equipped with a Peloton bike. Fourth bedroom is the primary long bed, newly renovated, sitting room plus a newly renovated 5 fixture primary bathroom outfitted with luxury soaking tub and hardware. Both overlooking the landscaped garden and property grounds. A large deck spans the back of the house. Enjoy BBQ’s with a Weber grill, while entertaining at the family style dining table seating up to 12 plus a separate outdoor living room overlooking the backyard with views of pool. The home also has a rose encircled brick patio with Adirondack chairs and fire pit- great for making smores on summer nights. After a dip in the pool, enjoy the hot tub, outdoor shower and soak up the sun. Or relax from a window seat and enjoy the sunset from this westward facing home. It has a bit of every ke to offer visitors and beckons for a visit. A listing of Hamptons most popular restaurants, shops and activities will be provided upon confirmation of rental.
