This house was clean, family friendly, and centrally located. The host was responsive to communications and friendly. I would definitely rent this place in the future!

My in laws stayed here while going through cancer treatment. The location was perfect. We were minutes from the hospital and shopping. While the house is close to a busy road, it’s set back enough to feel quiet and safe. The house is spacious and easily accommodated the flow of caretakers and friends who stopped by to visit. Jeff, our host, was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this property!

The house is spacious, and the location is convenient. I was able to get into the property easily but accidentally locked the bottom lock and the host responded quickly and got us back in. The house is nice, and very bare bones as far as furniture. Which was fine. A friend and I rented this place so we could each have our own room and bathroom. For people not used to so much lightness, blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be helpful. I used the one dark colored blanket to block out the window. An issue we had was when we arrived. We didn’t notice at first, but when I went to sleep, I noticed the sheets smelled like someone had been sleeping in them and were wrinkled. I don’t think they were washed and I washed them myself with my own detergent sheet that I brought. There was no detergent and one and a half rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom for a nine day booking. I bought and stocked my own toilet paper but later in the week six days in we asked if there was more toilet paper and some laundry soap and a day later got the response that they don’t normally stock “endless amounts” of amenities. They did bring two rolls of toilet paper and three laundry pods in a small dirty trashcan. Overall, this Airbnb has a lot of potential, was nice as a property itself, but hospitality could use some tweaking and maybe double check that it was cleaned before guest arrive each time.

We take great pride in personally cleaning and preparing our home ourselves to ensure every bed has fresh linens and the unit meets high standards of cleanliness for every stay. The freshly washed sheets were in the dryer overnight which is why they may have looked wrinkly. We would like to clarify a few more points regarding your concerns. Amenities: our listing explicitly states that we provide an initial starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels as well as dish and dishwasher soap and body soap and shampoo. Prior to your arrival the multiple roll holder was fully stocked. Laundry supplies: while not listed as included, we do leave dryer sheets and detergent pods above the dryer and they were still there after you left. You must not have seen them. Property layout: our listing photos accurately display furniture and window blinds so guests can see exactly what to expect when booking, including the lighting and room setups. We always encourage reading the listing details and reviewing the photos carefully before booking to make sure the property matches their specific preferences and expectations. We responded to you locking yourself out quickly and then supplied more TP and laundry pods in a brand new mini trash can that still had the label on. We are not sure why you are so grumpy and misleading but hope you can find some joy in your life.

I recently put a barrier up to prevent guest from parking close to the front door on my front lawn in an attempt to regrow the grass . Mark had moved my barrier so that he could park next to the front door. I noticed this when driving by my property so I moved it back and ask him to park in the driveway. The driveway is only 10 steps from the front door. I believe this is why the 4 instead of 5 stars for such a beautiful newly remodeled home.
