FAQs

Q: What time is your check-in and check-out policy?
A: Check-in starts at 14:00. You are welcome to drop off your luggage early while we put the finishing touches on your villa. Check-out is by 12:00 (noon). Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Q: Is breakfast included? How do I book a chef?
A: Breakfast is not included in the base rate, but can be easily arranged through our villa manager. You may also hire a private chef for lunch or dinner. If you prefer to cook, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal.

Q: Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
A: Absolutely! Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 to 17:00. Linens are changed every third day for sustainability. To ensure privacy, please coordinate with your Villa Manager or Staff for a convenient cleaning time. Your comfort is our priority.

Q: Can we have extra clean towels?
A: Certainly! We are happy to provide extra towels, subject to availability. Please feel free to reach out to your Villa Manager or Staff, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request promptly.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: For the convenience of other future guests, our apologies we cannot accept pets to be in our villa.

Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. To keep the villa fresh for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside bedrooms or enclosed living spaces.

Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 6-bedroom villa? Can I have extra beds?
A: The villa comfortably sleeps 12 guests in existing bedding. We can accommodate up to 20 guests in total by converting the bedroom sofa to bed for a fee of IDR 300,000 per bed/night. Please notify us in advance so we can ensure your group's comfort.
