The 'Fabulous sunny apartment' is located in Almerimar and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.

This 68 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating in the living room, a washing machine as well as satellite TV.

Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a balcony.

A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (open between the 15th of June and the 15th of September) and a garden, is also available for your use.

Highly equipped: from cutlery to linen to appliances: all I needed during my holiday was readily available! A home away from home! Pros: This property has everything to make your vacation as it should be. Relaxing and at the same time enabling you to have some good food at an honest price.Superbly situated close to the 'supermercado', local restaurants, beach, golf and airport. On the fully furnished terrace you can enjoy the sun from morning till evening. The guarded large swimming pool is ideal to cool down before the well deserved evening apetizer. The tropical garden surrounding the swimming pool is very well maintained and all common areas are exceptionally clean.

Pros: Quite location but close to everything in the neigbourhood. Spacious flat with south oriented terrace. Spotlessly clean appartment, idem for the streets and shops around. Large swimming pool. Mercado on the ground floor. Free access to the marina for the boat spotters! Owners are friendly people always prepared to assist when requied. It all suited us A1 and when we returned home and to the job(!) all stress had vanished.

It was immaculately clean, had all everything you could ever need for cooking and eating in and everything was of the highest standard. The views from the balcony were of the marina and pool and gardens below. The marina offered amazing restaurants for all price ranges. We found some lovely deserted beaches just out of town. The polytunnels we a bit off putting but the views of the snow capped Sierra Nevada mountains and the nature reserves on the coast made up for this. We really didn't want to leave!

Pros: Very well maintained, south oriented and sunny apartment, overlooking the marina and Almerimar seaside. This whole apartment is fully equipped from kitchen, over bathroom, living room, 2 bedrooms, up to the sunny terrace – all you can think of is available and of excellent quality. The outdoor swimming pool with surrounding tropical garden is nearby and allows cooling down at any time of the day. In addition a large rooftop terrace is at your disposal. This apartment offers all amenities you would expect, and even more. Downstairs is a supermarket with fresh food (and more) at reasonable prices. But there are also plenty of local bars and restaurants offering international and local cuisine. But Almerimar offers more … you can enjoy long walks along the seaside or in the nearby nature park. And all this in an excellent climate … what to expect more of a holiday?

Pros: We wanted a question sunny apartment walking distance to all amenities and Rolands apartment gave us exactly that. Shops, restaurants, bars all moments away with a Mercadona supermarket right on your door step as well as bakers butchers, fishmongers and fruiterers shops all minutes away. The marina provide the backdrop for more places to eat and drink then you can visit in the average holiday and the beach walks stretch for miles in either direction. The apartment is fully equipped and comfortable plenty of room for a couple and ok for a family of four. Part of a gated complex it is pretty secure and has an underground secure parking space. E e stayed of season so the complex was quiet and the pool closed. As the apartment overlooks the pool it could possibly get noisy during the daytime in season as people enjoyed themselves but for us the sunny balcony provided day long relaxation. Roland was very helpful showing us around on arrival and quick to respond to communications. For those with little Spanish his English is excellent. A great place for a March break in the sun.

Gerne kommen wir nochmals auf dieses tolle Angebot zurück. Die Lage ist super zentral und die Wohnung sehr sauber. Sie verfügt über sämtliche Ausstattung und man genießt einen schönen Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables y en familia. Buenas zonas comunes con piscina bonita, agradable y tranquila. Mercadona a pie de edificio, muy cómodo. Linda y Leo, los propietarios, son una pareja encantadora.

Pros: Een zeer mooi en verzorgd, netjes ingericht appartement. Zuidgericht. Prachtig zeezicht en ook zicht op de tuin en het zwembad. Door het aangename klimaat kan je zowel in de winter als zomermaanden een fijn verblijf hebben. Heb je zin om je uit te leven in de keuken geen probleem. Alles is er om een potje lekker eten te maken en de winkel is maar naar beneden gaan en je bent in de supermarkt. Maar je kan ook op wandelafstand de nodige restaurants en cafeetjes vinden waar je heel de dag kan eten. 's Morgens een ontbijtje, 's middags een lichte lunch of gratis tapas en 's avonds een leuk dineetje is allemaal mogelijk. De golf is maar op enkele minuutjes van het appartement. Korter kan het niet.S pijtig dat we het niet meer moeten huren maar we hebben zelf iets gekocht in Almerimar. We kunnen het wel aanbevelen. Alles is aanwezig. We weten niet wat er nog zou kunnen ontbreken. Deze eigenaars doen hun best om het je naar je zin te maken.

Pros: Pour la deuxième année consécutive nous avons passé nos vacances (fin hiver) à Almerimar, endroit excéllent par son climat (y compris soleil), accomodation, magasins, restaurants de bonne quisine, beau port de plaisance, village et plantations bien soignés. Le terrain de golf apporte un cadre vert par excellence. La proximité de l'airoport (Almerie)est un avantage, et la Sierra Nevada est une excursion à recommender. Les gens sont très acceuilants et la région est agréable à vivre à des prix PLUS que démocratiques. Bref: un endroit idéal pour séjourner (et oublier l'hiver) à bon prix (location, resto's, magasins, boutiques, supermarchés etc... Nous avons déjà décidé d'y retourner en 2016

Pros: Beste Linda en Leo, Sinds dat wij hier terug zijn in ons minder zonnige België en weer bezig zijn met onze dagelijkse bezigheden, beseffen we des te meer hoe goed we het hadden in jullie appartement. Wat we vooral missen was het uitzicht op de haven en het zeetje. Wij kijken ernaar uit om in het voorjaar terug te komen. Wat voor mijn man zeer belangrijk was, is dat alle nutsvoorzieningen zoals airco,SAT TV met BVN aanwezig zijn. Geef toe😰 het kan warm zijn in Spanje. Leuk dat we bij de sleuteloverhandiging elkaar hebben kunnen ontmoeten. Geeft wel een goed gevoel moest er iets zijn, dat jullie in de buurt wonen. Was het almaar april 2015. Groetjes Noortje

Pros: Geschreven door:Tinus en Hilly Wilms, Emmen. Verblijf: 4 feb t/m 3mrt 2017 Na een hartelijke ontvangst door Linda en Leo werden we rondgeleid door het appartement. De inrichting is zeer doelmatig en compleet. We voelden ons meteen thuis. Onze opzet was om de vaak koude en natte februarimaand te ontlopen. Daarin zijn we volledig geslaagd, want we keerden gebruind terug in Ned. We hebben veel gewandeld over de promenades langs de kust en door het natuurgebied. Om te rusten waren voldoende terrassen open voor een drankje en ...tapas. Alhoewel..... we konden nergens beter zitten dan op ons eigen balkon. Wat voor ons ook belangrijk was dat we in 5 min. naar de golfbaan konden lopen. De greenfee was wel vrij hoog, maar door voor 30 euro pp lid te worden van www.leclub-golf.com kregen we een aantrekkelijke korting. We hebben genoten van deze baan.Per  bus naar ElEjido en Almeria was ook goed te doen. Samengevat: we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Pros: Zéér mooi zuid-gericht appartement in het centrum van Almerimar met prachtig uitzicht op zee en jachthaven, eveneens zicht op binnentuin met zwembad. Volledig ingerichte keuken en badkamer. Alle electrische toestellen voorradig. Zeer uitgebreide inventaris van huisraad, ook huidhoudlinnen inclusief. Overdekt terras met terrasmeubelen. Alle terrassen en restaurants liggen op wandelafstand, zo ook strand en wandeldijk. Supermarkt op benedenverdieping van het gebouw. Gelegen op de hoogste verdieping. Privé solarium op het dakterras. Voor de fanaten: golfclub op minder dan 50m.
