Vacation apartment (45sqm) with garden and terrace, dogs welcome

This lovingly furnished vacation rental was recently renovated in 2021. It is located in a quiet area with no through traffic. The property features a fenced-in lot with a terrace and a garden equipped with a grill. The forest is right nearby, with well-marked hiking trails. The town, with its numerous shopping options, is just a 5-minute walk away. The Malteser von Weckbecker health clinic is right in the neighborhood. Everything is within easy walking distance. The vacation rental is on the first floor and measures approximately 45 square meters. It was renovated in 2021 and lovingly furnished. Amenities: French bed (2 mattresses) 160x200, wardrobe, fold-out sofa (120x200 when unfolded), Smart TV, Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower. Bedding, towels, and dish towels are included. The apartment is generously sized for two people, but an additional person can comfortably sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. A 50% deposit may be charged after booking. The remaining balance will be invoiced up to 2 days before arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed. A fee of 5.00 EUR per pet per day will be charged in cash on-site. Please let me know the number of dogs in advance. A high chair is available. A travel crib can also be provided upon request. The visitor’s tax of 2.50 EUR per person per day is payable in cash on-site. We are a smoke-free property!
