The vacation rental is in a quiet location, set back a block from the street. Bakeries, shops, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Enjoy the sun almost all day long on the southwest-facing balcony. Of course, an awning is also available.

In the cozy living area, you’ll find plenty of space on two sofas and a comfortable armchair. You can enjoy your meals at a large dining table with four chairs. A TV and a stereo system are available for your entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available here.

The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet. In the second bedroom, you’ll find two single beds, a small desk, and a closet. Both bedrooms can be darkened using exterior roller shutters.

The separate kitchen is very well equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave with baking function, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and all the usual kitchen appliances.

In addition to a toilet, shower, sink, and ample storage space, the bathroom features a washing machine that you can use free of charge during your stay.

A designated parking space is located directly in front of the house.
