The nearest pebble beach is about one kilometer away, where you can spend beautiful hours swimming and sunbathing. Furthermore, many activities are open to you in the vicinity, among others tennis, mini golf, cycling, horseback riding or fishing could be on the program.

If you feel like a day trip, the volcano Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe, is within reach. On the coast you will find the ancient city of Taormina, visited by Goethe in the 18th century and described in his Italian Journey. Here you can visit the ancient Greek theater, many old churches, lively bars, fine restaurants and antique stores.
