The property is in a good location with a bus stop right outside to ride up to the main town. It has great views of the sea, and its walkable to the beach. The "Small pool Jacuzzi" however, is misleading. The pool in the pictures is a pool for a different unit and is not accessible. So the "Small pool" for these two units IS the Jacuzzi and it's not heated. Fine print does say the Jacuzzi is not heated but we didn't read the fine print as the listing implies you get a pool plus a Jacuzzi and most people, us included, assume that a Jacuzzi is heated. I can't say I've ever heard of a Jacuzzi that isn't. In addition, the loft bathroom in the upper unit had a really bad smell to it. We actually all used the shower in the 2nd unit and kept the door closed to the loft bathroom. To be fair to the Owner, we didn't report this until the 2nd day. We dropped our suitcases, quick change, and were out all day through dinner. The response was to tell us that it didn't smell when we got there (off-putting) and did we want her to send someone to check it. It didn't smell at the living area, only up at the loft area if the bathroom door was open and in the bathroom itself. We were only there for 2 nights and didn't want to deal with their issue on our vacation time so we reported it, closed the door, didn't use the bathroom, and enjoyed our time in Taormina.
