To know before booking:

Extra heating cost to be paid locally depending on the time of year.

On arrival you will be required to pay the following extra costs:

-Final cleaning, laundry and sanitizing anti covid-19: 180€.

-Heating, when necessary: 10€ per day

-Guests are asked for a deposit of 200 € to be paid on site and returned on departure

-For check-in after 19.00 there is an extra fee of 20 €.

The Space

Villa Antica Torre is a luxurious residence located in the centre of San Felice del Benaco, at the foot of the remains of a medieval tower. A few minutes away, you can visit the beautiful Isola del Garda, reach the beaches and all the best attractions of Lake Garda.

Villa Antica Torre offers refined and comfortable flats from 60 to 105 square meters, two, three and four room flats, all sharing a beautiful swimming pool and an exclusive garden with attention to detail.

Each room, equipped with the most modern comforts, is furnished with fine finishes and furnished with extreme attention to detail to offer the best to its guests, who can thus fully enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Lake Garda. Access for guests
The prestigious accommodation, which can be accessed by climbing the stairs, is composed as follows: on the ground floor living room with fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Going up the stairs, you reach the first floor which consists of: double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Characteristic of the apartment is a beautiful private furnished terrace.

It is characterised by a modern and carefully designed furniture and a beautiful swimming pool, shared with the other units.

There is also a private parking space on the property.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, safe, LCD TV, satellite, wi-fi internet connection and dishwasher.


The charming flat is ideal for families with children, but also for those who wish to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relaxation.

The apartment is available both in the summer period, being equipped with air conditioning, and in the winter period, being equipped with heating.


The flat will be sanitized with alcohol and chlorine-based products as required by the DPCM, respecting the anti-COVID guidelines and protocols dictated by the state. In addition, at each new arrival, a CERTIFIED SANITIZATION will be carried out with an ozone generator which inactivates the virus and bacilli by 99.9%. It naturally deodorises and sanitises all rooms, surfaces, objects and textiles in the house.
