Outside the resort, in a sunny position, 3 km from the lake, 3 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: property 3'000 m2, large garden 300 m2 (fenced), meadow, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.).
