The residence features modern and bold decor, a complete set of linens, and a smart TV with access to various streaming services such as Netflix, HBO, Prime Video, and YouTube for your entertainment and relaxation. High-quality internet provides a quiet and pleasant environment, making it perfect for working from home or studying.

It is a very comfortable apartment, ideal for short and medium stays. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The living room is cozy and features a Smart TV for you to enjoy moments of entertainment and relaxation. The air conditioning keeps the temperature pleasant all year round.

All condominium common areas are accessible; however, we do not accept reservations for the party room or barbecue area.

We allow the residents to feel at home, but we are available if they need anything
