Single-family house "Villa Julia", 3 storeys, renovated in 2021. In the hamlet Buroli 5 km from the centre of Buje, 10 km from the centre of Umag, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the sea. Private: property 650 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool angular (11 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Paddling pool, outdoor shower, terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Roofed, parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, pebble beach 5 km, rocky beach 5 km. Please note: airfield 90 km from the property. Swimming pool with hydromassage.

Traumurlaub in Istrien

Das Haus war der absolute Traum. Es befindet sich in einem sehr kleinen und ruhigen Dorf mit freiem Blick vom Garten und Pool aus. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für 2 Wochen Urlaub benötigt.

Leider konnten wir Abends nicht draussen sitzen, da sehr viele Hornissen unterwegs waren. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und man konnte ihn immer kontaktieren.

Best vacation ever

We loved every minute of our vacation. Wonderful house and pool, private and quiet location, while being close to get to the highway, beaches and supermarket. The owner is super friendly and helpful! We will definitely go back there.
