Public parking 160 m. Shop, grocery 100 m, shopping centre 5.9 km, restaurant, bar, bakery 100 m, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Des Pesquiers" 250 m. Sports harbour 20 m. Nearby attractions: Magic World 1.7 km, Kiddy parc 1.5 km, Parc Olbius Riquier 4.7 km, Jardin Zoologique Tropical 15 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Hyères sur le port. Airfield close by.
1-room studio 30 m2 on 1st floor. Object suitable for 2 adults. Fully renovated in 2022, beautiful and modern furnishings: sleeping alcove with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the port. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 840 environ 550 M. Please note: TV only FR. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Parfait !

Appartement absolument conforme aux photos. Propre, bien équipé, très bien placé puisque la voiture est inutile, plages, resto, commerces tout est à côté. Il faut donc savoir qu'étant au coeur des activités du port, il y a un peu de bruit et de mouvements. En louant à cet endroit, on le sait. Franchement, on reviendra !

Nice unit inside a dated building

The building is quite dated and worn down. The unit itself is nice, with a beautiful terrace and a decent bed. However, there were no amenities (e.g. coffee) or even soap or shampoo. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Decent spot in an old building

The building is dated and even a bit scary. The unit itself is fine, clean and with a lovely terrace and the apartment is dark and cool at night with decent bed. The location is great with lots nearby by foot or bike. However, there are a few things to know: 1) don't use the overhead shower (only the hand wand) unless you want a flood 2) the welcome package includes garbage bags and sponges, not coffee, soap or shampoo (bring those yourself) 3) the patio door requires a lot of strength to open or close it 4) the pillows were so thick as to be painful
