Our luxury villa is sure to impress you with its 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sauna, year-round 38-degree outdoor hot tub, and fenced-in garden. The 4th bedroom can be added for 25 EUR per night.
The villa offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation—whether it’s the spacious living area with an open kitchen and access to the garden, or the dining area with all the trimmings.
Lazing on the sofa, you can completely unwind with music or Sky TV and a gas fireplace.



Villa Milan by the Lake:

The four bedrooms all feature flat-screen TVs and are each equipped with 180 x 200 cm box-spring beds.
The fourth bedroom can be booked for an additional €25 per night.
The bathrooms feature modern vanities and rain dance showers. The large bathroom also features a bathtub and a sauna. All rooms are heated by underfloor heating.
The outdoor hot tub, heated year-round to 38 degrees with hydromassage jets, is just one of many highlights. The combination of the sauna, gas fireplace, and hot tub is sure to lift your spirits.
Adjacent to the parking spaces by the house is a lockable garden shed for your bicycles.
The garden is fenced in, so dogs or small children can play outside unsupervised.
In case of bad weather, we invite you to enjoy the house with a collection of games, books for adults and children, and DVDs for both adults and children. Additional beds can be booked. For our younger guests, we provide a high chair and a crib. If you’d like to do your laundry during your stay, a washer and dryer are available for your use.
