This cozy getaway fit my needs perfectly. Very clean. Host was very responsive to a maintenance. Property has additional apartments some occupied, one being renovated. Quiet neighborhood.

気になった点 : 掲載情報の正確さ
The listing states unit has AC/heating, however the thermostat controls are not accessible. You had to message the host. Went out and came back after several hours and unit was warm and stuffy. Also, has to message host about linen for pullout sofa. When the linen was dropped off it did not include pillow/pillowcase. Also, for the extra cleaning fee, one would not expect to open the pull out and have crumbs, chips, and gummy bears fall out on the floor for us to clean up. Under the main bed was children's drawing and old used sleep mask. For two people without opening the sofa it would have been ok, but having that stuff fallout of the cushions/pullouts gross and disappointing.

I needed a place to stay between my son’s graduation and move out day. Place was close enough to campus (15 minutes) and restaurants both in Burlington and Elon. Place was clean. I had plenty of room. No issues
