Swiss Chalet Holiday Home centrally on the Middle Rhine

Centrally in the heart of the Middle Rhine, directly opposite a spa park with wonderful trees, you will find our idyllic chalet with 4 double rooms, a single room and an apartment with a country house kitchen. Ideal for 9 people, with use of the apartment up to 12 people. The highlight: Each room has a pretty, renovated bathroom. The rooms are all allergy-friendly with oak parquet or tiles. There is a beautiful terrace facing the spa park that can be used exclusively. The town of Bad Salzig offers a delivery service with pizza and small dishes and two supermarkets and two bakeries for your groceries. Boppard offers numerous restaurants and cafés for leisure activities. Boat trips can be started with the KD line directly from Bad Salzig in the direction of Rüdesheim or Koblenz, and we also have a train station with a stop for the Middle Rhine Railway. The Rheinburgenweg or various circular trails are ideal for hiking, e.g. B. to the Five Sea View. You can reach the Tourist Information on 0049-6742-3888.
Please note that the holiday home is not available for bachelor parties or other parties! The night's rest must be observed!

Very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The location is great. You can hear the water from the stream across the street. So relaxing especially at night with the windows open.

We were a group of 10 people and the house was perfect for us. Very roomy and that every room has an adjacent bathroom helped that everyone was able to be ready in the morning at the same time. It is adjacent to a small hotel where the parking is since they belong together. The communication with the landlord was easy, proactive and attentive. The house has a nice terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and was already stocked with essentials like coffee. We would recommend staying there for a group this size. Note that there are steps to the entrance of the house which might be challenging for elderly guests since there is no railing to hold onto.

A place with enough bedrooms and bathrooms!

One of the troubles in traveling with seven adults is finding a place with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We wanted something more than just hotel rooms. This was a good find for us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Handy kitchen area with the all-important coffee maker. Large table for eating and playing cards. We were very comfortable here. The house is located next to the hotel owned by the same people. Easy communication with them. Parking was actually on the other side of the hotel. Still very nice having a definite place to park. Steps up to the front door are a little tricky. No railings and a little steeper than we expected. Not a problem, but good to know. This was a great central location for our group. All the little towns along the Middle Rhine are maybe ten to fifteen minutes apart. Lots of restaurants in all of them. Plus a grocery store about a mile from the rental. Glad we were able to stay here. A really good experience.

Schönes Wochenende im August ( zu 8. ab 35 Jahre)

Wir waren zu 8. für einen JGA im Haus. Die Kommunkation hat super funktionert (vorab und auch beim Check-In / Check-Out) sehr nette Angestellte, das Haus war sehr sauber! Der Kühlschrank war etwas zu spät angemacht worden, die Getränke haben wir dann im Tiefkühler gekühlt. Die Küche hat direkten Zugang zur Terrasse (Achtung mind. 50-70 cm hohe Stufe!), wir konnten den Kugelgrill benutzen, um auf der Terrasse zu grillen. Toll war auch, dass jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Bad hatte, die Betten waren bequem. Lage ist top zum wandern und Schiff fahren. Nicht so toll ist die Einrichtung, die sieht man ja auf den Bildern. Es ist leider nicht sehr gemütlich. Auch der riesen Tisch im "Wohnzimmer" ist eher für ein berufliches Meeting als für eine private Veranstaltung. Auch die Stühle draußen auf der Terrasse sind sehr unbequem/unpraktisch. Es gibt daher schon ein paar Dinge, die man - gerade bei dem Preis - verbessern sollte (auch diese hohe Stufe zur Terrasse). Preis-Leistung passt nicht so, aber wir hatten nicht so viel Auswahl und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!
