Located in Arona, this 50 sqm apartment accommodates up to 2 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 living room with a sofa bed for 1 person. You will find 1 bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen for your convenience. The apartment includes high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, television, washing machine, and elevator access. A baby bed is available if needed.



Step outside to enjoy your private covered and uncovered terraces with sea views. The shared outdoor area features 2 pools, including 1 heated pool, and an outdoor shower for your use.



Parking is available in the street. The property offers step-free access and step-free interior design. Families with children are welcome, but pets are not permitted. Events are not allowed on the property. Please note that air conditioning is not currently available.



Contact with the host a few days before arrival is required to arrange check-in. Bed linens and towels are included. An elevator is available in the building for easy access to the apartment.

Ein Reinfall

Tv war 4 Tage nur in Spanisch. Der Vermieter unhöflich. Die Austattung der Küche war sehr einfach.Das Wohn-Zimmer war sehr eng .Die Bewertung deshalb nur ausreichend.
