The home
The whole house is yours, with no shared spaces and no other guests. Two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms sleep 8. There are two full bathrooms, both stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, so the morning before a match isn't a fight for the sink.

The backyard
Is fully fenced, and it's the part guests bring up most in reviews. There's a stone firepit ringed with Adirondack chairs, a custom putting green, a Traeger smoker for a real BBQ, cornhole boards, and a covered dining area that seats the whole group.
Inside
The living room has a sectional big enough for the whole group and a karaoke machine that tends to get more use than people expect. There's a large TV with the streaming apps signed in, and a shelf of board games for quieter nights.

Kitchen and bar
The kitchen is set up for real cooking, with full-size appliances and cookware, dishes, and utensils for 8. There's a coffee and tea station with a Keurig Duo and a French press, and a cocktail bar with a shaker, bar tools, and glassware. A welcome snack basket is waiting when you arrive.
