Ski & Golf Chalet A/C, WIFI, 2 Decks with 2 grills in Continental Country Club

Enjoy the outdoors, grilling, eating and sitting on an elevated deck. Hoop Dancer has the largest front deck and one of the only back decks in this Townhouse Community. Both decks are equipped with a grill, patio furniture; front deck with 2 loungers, a large table and six chairs furniture. We do have available all year round a teakwood table and (4) chairs in the hall closet to set up on the front deck and a table and four chairs on the back deck. We also have one of the only backdoors with a screen door and an emergency exit door in the master bedroom in case of a fire.

We've installed central 5-ton Trane A/C and gas heater, smoke alarms, cardon monoxide sensors. We're using the A/C in June-got to love that GLOBAL warming, and the A/C works fantastic! You do not want to rent a place in Flagstaff without a central A/C in June, July, August and September.

We have also upgraded to a tankless hot water tank, natural gas, state of the art, hot water system with endless and continuous hot water via 180,000 BTU's /10.1 GPM Navien hot water on demand system. You're able to run the dishwasher, washing machine and take showers without running out of hot water. This will help during those times when the entire family is trying to get ready for that graduation ceremony/a wedding ceremony or family reunion. We've upgraded both bathrooms with a tall toilet and rain showerheads as well as handheld sprayers. We installed in 2023 a therapy tub with tall shower capabilities in the hall bathroom. In 2019 we installed a security system which is monitored 24/7 for fire, CO2 & police. We also installed new bright and light grey waterproof flooring throughout and brand-new throw rugs and runners throughout. A new refrigerator and new gas range.

The master bedroom has a CAL-King & the 2nd bedroom a Queen bed; both with pillow top mattress. We have received numerous compliments on how comfortable the beds are. We've installed black out curtains in both bedrooms. We've also installed in the living room state of the art electronic blackout electric roller curtains which covers over 90% of the A-Fame large window. This helps restrict morning light for the folks sleeping in the great room. The great room has a brand-new fold out Queen bed in front of the fireplace as new white leather sectional couch with electric foot lifts. Relatively new large, comforter size, capacity washer and gas dryer.

We take much pride in the homey/cabin atmosphere. And the cleanliness of the Hoop Dancer has never had a complaint.

Although we are avid pet lovers, we have a no animal policy which increases the cleanliness and reduces allergy concerns.

Walnut Canyon is within a short car drive, bike ride or healthy walk from the townhouse. Walnut Canyon has multiple trail heads to challenge even the avid hiker or mountain bike trail riders. Whether your interest is winter or summer, AZ Snowbowl is a 25-minute drive to the chair lift. Sedona is 45min to 1 hour drive south, depending on Oak Creek Canyon traffic. Four-wheel driving is phenomenal including the unique Cinders which are a 20-minute drive. The Lava Tubes are a unique experience but don't forget hiking boots & flashlights and a jacket. Continental Country Club is open to the public & clubs are available to rent. It's not uncommon to on the fairway & see elk step out of the woods onto the greens. It's a once in lifetime experience. Try the Oakmont at the Clubhouse-everything on the menu is wonderful!

For that cooking enthusiast, we have a fully supplied kitchen with a new gas range ($1900) with a multitude of spices not to mention cookbooks if you're wanting to try something new & different. For that avid BBQ griller, while you are lounging on the front deck & grilling. We have multiple grill utensils stored above the washer and dryer. Front the front deck you can watch the golfers on the PAR 3 Executive 9-hole golf course across the street. Mornings you can sit on the shaded back deck just off the master bedroom to avoid the summer sun. Shade umbrellas are in the hall closest. The HOA provides snow removal for the parking lot which is to our 12 step very wide staircase. The stairs have handrails on both sides up to the single front deck. The entrance takes you into the mudroom where you can take off your soiled shoes and store your hats and coats before entering the great room.
