Riverfront Cabin Rental with Lovely Screened Porch near Potsdam, New York

This wonderful riverfront cabin rental was fully renovated in summer 2018 and boasts a prime setting just a short distance from the heart of Potsdam, New York. Guests will find themselves conveniently located for exploring the expansive Adirondack State Park, with access to 80 acres of trails. There is space to sleep four guests in the rental as it features a loft with a brass double bed. There is also a futon available in the living area or guests can sleep on the double love seat in the lovely screened porch.



Guests will love the homey feel of this cabin as it boasts a traditional Adirondack style. In the kitchen area, there is a 1930’s vintage propane stove for cooking meals and plenty of helpful utensils are provided to ensure that meals are a breeze to prepare. Plenty of dining space can be found inside and there is also a living area with comfy couches for relaxing in the evening.



The cabin has a large screened porch that makes a great spot to enjoy views of the river, or guests can head outside to the spacious deck that is home to patio furniture and a propane grill for cooking under the stars.



Guests will love the cozy feel offered in this cabin. It was recently restored and offers plenty of deluxe amenities. The hosts provide all linens and towels, and Wi-Fi is available. In addition to the full kitchen, there is a grill available outside and also a fire pit that is surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs for cooking and dining next to the river.



The cabin is supplied with electric power from a new solar and battery storage system that has an automatic generator for backup. The water in the cabin is pumped from an artesian spring that is located several hundred feet behind the rental. Hot spring water for bathing and washing is supplied by an energy-efficient, on-demand water heater.
