Welcome to your private escape just minutes from Hershey—set on 50 scenic acres, this luxury Angus ranch estate offers a rare blend of space, comfort, history, and convenience that you won’t find anywhere else in the area.
This is a family-owned and personally managed property, thoughtfully restored and cared for by Candice, myself and our family. This isn’t a corporate rental or a mass-produced rental project—it’s a home we brought back to life with purpose, pride, and attention to detail.
The farmhouse dates back to the early 1800s, but the home has been completely remodeled in 2026 for today’s guests. Nearly everything has been newly renovated, replaced, or upgraded, while select historic details were intentionally preserved to keep the character and soul of the original home. The result is a rare balance: the warmth and charm of a historic farmhouse with the cleanliness, comfort, and function of a modern luxury stay.
With five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the home is designed for families and groups to gather comfortably. The layout offers plenty of room to spread out, relax, reconnect, and enjoy time together without feeling crowded.
Step outside and the property truly sets itself apart. Enjoy the brand-new private pool, relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit in the evening, or take a walk down the private hiking path to Beaver Creek. From morning coffee overlooking the land to quiet evenings under the stars, the setting feels peaceful, private, and memorable.
Location is one of the biggest advantages. You’re just minutes from Hersheypark, the Giant Center, Hershey Medical Center, restaurants, shopping, and major routes—while still coming home to the privacy and space of a true ranch estate.
Having raised our family here, we know and love the area well. Our kids grew up with Hersheypark passes and years of local memories, so we’re happy to share real recommendations—not generic travel tips.

The property was amazing! Everything felt brand new and beautifully done! The peaceful setting with the cows was perfect, and the kids in our group loved the hiking path and taking pictures on the tractor. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. Everything felt brand new and very well done.We especially loved the hiking path down to the creek (about 1/4 to 1/2 mile each way)—our kids went multiple times and had a blast. It was such a unique feature and a great way to get outside and explore.The large dining table made it easy for everyone to gather together for meals, which was a big highlight. The setting is peaceful and private, but still close to Hershey and everything in the area.Would definitely stay again!

Candice and I have deep roots in this property long before it ever became a place to stay.
We originally owned the neighboring Angus ranch and would pass this farmhouse every day—it always felt like a piece of history waiting to be brought back to life. When the opportunity came to purchase it, we knew it deserved to be done right.
The home dates back to somewhere between 1820–1840, and we worked closely with the historical commission to preserve its character while thoughtfully transforming it into something exceptional.
What followed was a complete, ground-up renovation—blending historic craftsmanship with modern luxury. This wasn’t just an update; it was a full reimagining of the home to today’s standards while honoring its past. Every detail was carefully considered with comfort, quality, and experience in mind.
We added a brand-new pool and curated outdoor spaces designed for relaxation, connection, and unforgettable evenings—whether that’s a quiet morning coffee or a full gathering with family and friends.
Expanding the property also gave our Angus cattle more land to graze, so your stay is set against the backdrop of a working ranch that we take real pride in.
Hosting this home is personal to us. We didn’t create it as just another rental—we built it to be a place that feels special the moment you arrive, and one you’ll want to return to.

We chose this location because it offers the best of both worlds—peaceful, open surroundings with immediate access to everything Central Pennsylvania has to offer.
The property sits among high-end homes and well-kept estates, giving it a quiet, upscale feel while still being just minutes from major routes. You’re close to Union Deposit Road and have quick access to Hershey, Harrisburg, and the surrounding areas without feeling like you’re in the middle of it.
Hershey’s top attractions—including Hersheypark, Hershey Gardens, and the restaurants and shops along Chocolate Avenue—are all just a short drive away. The Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex, Giant Center, and downtown Harrisburg are also easily accessible, making this an ideal location whether you’re here for events, sports, concerts, or a weekend getaway.
What we love most is that you can spend the day out enjoying everything the area has to offer—and then come back to a private, relaxed setting that feels completely removed from it all.
