We look forward to welcoming you to our "Möwe 44". We renovated the small house in 2022. The location provides the first relaxation, because the hustle and bustle is outside here. You are close to the action, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Public parking is available directly in front of the house. Alternatively, a parking space can be used a few meters away in front of a garage belonging to the house.

A few hundred meters away there are shops at Famila, Lidl and Aldi.
In the other direction, it is just as close to the city center. On the way there is the Netto supermarket.

The bus stops at the street behind the house and takes you anywhere in Heiligenhafen and if you want even to the train station in Oldenburg.

The water is only 200 meters down the road. You get to the shore and look out over the Baltic Sea, the Graswarder and the Fehmarnsund Bridge. To the right it is ideal for jogging or walking with children or dogs. The route is also a beautiful bike path, if necessary. to Fehmarn. To the left, the path leads past the sailing school to the harbor, the inland lake and the pier. There is a lot to discover along the way and you will find a lot of restaurants and shops.

You enter the house through the hallway. On the left is the new shower room with washbasin and toilet.
The stairs lead up to the bedrooms. One room is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The second room has a bed (90 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed that can accommodate two when pulled out. This room is well suited for the children.

Both rooms have Smart TVs with Internet TV.

Downstairs is the living room. Equipped with a 55 cm Smart TV, a dining table with seating for six people and a couch that can also be used as a sofa bed.

In a niche is the new fitted kitchen with a ceramic hob for four pots, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. A filter coffee machine, a capsule coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle are available.

The large patio door leads you into the garden. A glass canopy provides protection in unstable weather. For the children or the dog, the completely fenced garden offers exercise and space to romp.
A Weber electric grill is available. You will also find a large table with six chairs on the terrace. Deckchairs invite you to relax.

If there are dirty clothes, please use the washing machine and heat pump dryer, which are available free of charge in the basement.
Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be booked for a fee!
