Enjoy a relaxing stay in our 2BR/2BA condo on quiet 120th Street in North Ocean City!

Just a 6-minute walk to the beach and close to The Original Crab cake Factory, wawa, CVS, 7-Eleven, Food Lion, restaurants, and shopping.

Guests enjoy access to indoor/outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts. Walk to everything while enjoying a peaceful coastal retreat.

Summer guests can also enjoy free Movies on the Beach every Wednesday! (6/3-8/12, only)

This unit is a second floor unit and requires stairs for entry.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed per HOA rules.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious, great indoor/outdoor pools. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. We look forward to returning!

We had a great time staying in this condo. It’s only a couple of blocks from the beach, right behind Food Lion and very quiet. The host answered lots of questions prior to my stay and even offered additional information on how to find it, knowing we would be checking in late. It is north of what seems like the very touristy areas further towards Ocean City proper, making it perfect for families. Lots of good restaurant options around (walking distance) and no problems finding a spot on the beach every day. 20 minute car ride and we were on the boardwalk (no trouble finding parking). 5 minute car ride to North park where there were soccer fields, playgrounds, pier fishing, pond fishing and lots of other things. Truly a great location and host we would happily go back to.

It's the perfect place to unwind while still being close to everything Ocean City has to offer.
