After the turn of the year 2021/22, the ground-floor apartment Lee West 2.1, along with all seven other units in the complex, was completely redesigned and equipped with modern maritime-style furniture and new kitchens.

The 45-square-meter unit features an open-concept layout on the first floor, combining the living and dining areas with the fully equipped kitchenette. This allows you to enjoy time together as a couple (or a trio) while cooking, dining, and watching TV in the evening—and reflect on the day’s experiences. A wood-toned dining table with gray chairs further enhances the cozy atmosphere for spending time together. The pull-out couch in the living room can be used as a sleeping area for an additional person. The living/dining area opens onto the furnished terrace, which also includes a small green space. This makes the property particularly appealing to guests traveling with a dog.

The bedroom, with its high-quality double bed, offers plenty of space for two, as well as room to store your clothes and suitcases.

The bathroom is located right next to the bedroom and features a nearly new shower.

Look forward to high-quality carpets, comfortable wingback lounge chairs, white cabinetry with wood accents, and art collections featuring regional motifs that will adorn the living spaces of the Lee 2.0 residential complex following the renovation. In addition to upholstered furniture in shades of gray, blue, and beige, color accents in the form of painted walls in matching shades of reed, blue-gray, and sand add that special touch.
