The detached villa, built in 2020, is furnished in a rustic, functional style typical of the region. The property is located on a farm. The residence is popular for its views from the property over the valley and its quiet, sunny location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Location
Bajčići. The villa is located on a farm, on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to late September, 3.5 m x 8.5 m, 1.5 m deep).
