Welcome to this practical accommodation in a quiet residential area in Grenaa. From here you can be in the city center and the sea in a few minutes, and at home you can enjoy relaxing meals in the fresh air on your terrace.



The interior is classic, unagitated and cozy. A laid-back vibe prevails throughout the area, so you'll quickly feel right at home. With this house, built with a lot of wood, you have found an ideal domicile for a relaxing stay in Djursland - a highlight is certainly the large living room with high ceilings and fully glazed front to the garden.



On excursions you will discover the nature of the peninsula for yourself, with the national park Mols Bjerge, the bay of Ebeltoft or the east coast with its beaches around Grenaa. Look forward to a varied stay full of beautiful impressions!

Ferieboligen er vi veldig førnøyd med. Lyse fine rom med gode senger og godt utstyrt kjøkken. Uteplassen er stor og fin for barn og voksne. Beliggenheten er også bra. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.Det eneste minus var henting/levering av bestillt sengetøy, tungvint med nesten 1 times ekstra kjøretur, hadde vært mer praktisk for oss om det lå i boligen.

Das Haus liegt ruhig und macht einen gepflegten, sauberen Eindruck. Viel Platz für alle. Vorteilhaft ist eine weitere Dusche im zweiten Badezimmer, toll die große Küche. Der Standort ist optimal - zum Strand, zum Hafen oder zur Heide sind es nur wenige Schritte. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, ein Hofladen ist ebenfalls flußläufig zu erreichen.Während unseres Aufenthaltes Ende April bis Mitte Mai 2024 war das Wetter bzw. die Temperatuen leider nicht optimal. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn die Fußbodenheizung angesprungen wäre. Die Räume hatten mangels Heizungmöglichkeit manchmal nur 19 und 20 Grad, da fröstelt es einen dann doch, besonders morgens im Badezimmer.
