Villa Thunderbird is situated in a privileged location on the 8-Lakes and offers a fantastic view of the water. The villa has an excellent boating location, so we recommend renting a boat.

The open plan living area with modern sofas offers plenty of space for family and friends or for a vacation for two. In the fully equipped kitchen with kitchen bar you will find everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. For the perfect BBQ evening, a gas grill is at your disposal.

The terrace and pool deck are facing east, enjoy the sun already during breakfast. On the new boat dock you can relax in the deck chairs or enjoy the spectacular sunset with a delicious drink.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite master bathroom.
- Bedroom with queen size bed.
- Bedroom with queen size bed.
These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.

The villa has 3 TV's, in the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom.

Location
Villa Thunderbird is located in the southwest of Cape Coral at the 8-Lakes. In a few minutes you can reach by car the marinas Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point with various restaurants. Shopping facilities are also nearby. The location is perfect for boating as you do not have to go through locks and can be on the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico in a short time.

Relaxing

We spent 3 weeks in March at the Thunderbird Villa. Upon arrival we noticed how clean the property was. We enjoyed the beautiful scenic Lake and the heated pool. There was lots to do in the area along with excellent restaurants. We will definitely be back next year!!

Perfect vacation place

Property was amazing. Very clean, centrally located to everything. House has everything you could possibly need for a vacation home. Great for entertaining specifically the pool and layout. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing vacation spit!

The house was beautiful, just as the photos showed. Pool was heavenly. Nice pick for us! We loved the view of the lake over a canal.

Beautiful Holiday Get-Away

Home and furnishings were outstanding. Picturesque views of the water from main room and bedrooms. The property management team, especially Monika, were exceptionally responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Positives: Comfortable beds!! Beautiful sunrises. Heated pool. Garage parking. East facing pool. Pool loungers. Outdoor seating. Cooler & umbrella available for use in the garage. Negatives: Invasive ants inside (trails of ants in kitchen in numerous places along with bathrooms). The pool is only filled about 1/2 inch above filter line so the filter doesn't run properly. Door locks are finicky to enter pool area from house and constantly pop open. There is no true safety between the sliding doors (with finicky locks) and the pool if traveling with children, it was worrisome. Notes: The wood floors are all rippling near entrances from water damage. The grill and oven were all covered with soiled aluminum foil. There were quite a few dust bunnies around the house upon arrival. Window coverings are short in some places with nonworking/broken parts. The A/C is only able to go down to 75 per instructions. Was charged additional 200 for small pet fee. Smoke detector missing in livingroom. Owner can use boat dock during your stay. I will also note, I did unfortunately have a difficult time communicating with the property management company on getting anything resolved (pest & pool issues).

Very hard to see because they are so tiny, but the trails of ants were constant.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The house location is perfect. We loved the view of the lake and the ease of getting places. The pool is nice too. House has everything you need. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is cleaning could do a better job. Couch cushions need cleaned in between the cushions and under the couch are dirty. Ice machine had mildew where the ice comes out. Vents need cleaned and some lights not working inside and out .Not a huge issue to us, but to some it could be. Fix those minor detail things the house would be perfect ! We would stay here again. We look forward to coming back next year.

Disappointed

We had no hot water from the first 3 days of our trip. When we discovered the issue, we were told to keep in mind the 4th of July was a holiday and it was difficult to find workers to fix it. What type of management company doesn’t have someone to fix rental issues 24/7? For the money, not worth it. We had better communication from the young man fixing the issue than the property management company. Do better!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Thank you also for being our guests. The water heater was replaced with a new one on the day of your arrival. Unfortunately, the new one had a defect and there was no hot water. The company that delivered and installed the water heater did not want to work on the 4th of July holiday. We were told that the next possible date was 3 days later. We told the company that we could repair the water heater ourselves. However, the company told us that this would invalidate the warranty. We are very sorry for this circumstance, but we must also mention that the temperature at this time of year in Florida is over 90 Fahrenheit, and the water pipes run through the attic. So the water is never cold. Sorry again for this inconvenience.

" Alles vom Feinsten ? "

So war es von der Eigentümerin beschrieben worden vor der Reise. Die Betreuung der Agentur beschränkte sich auf das Stromablesen vor-und nachher. Bezüglich der kleinen Mängel stellte man sich taub. Als wir nach unserem Aufenthalt der Besitzerin schrieben, waren wir ihr keine Antwort wert.
