Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop 650 m, supermarket, restaurant, café, bus stop 50 m, railway station "La Garde" 2 km, sandy beach "des Bonnettes" 800 m, swimming bay 900 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3.8 km. Hiking paths: Espace nature 1.8 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Hyères sur le Port, 15 km. Main road close by.
3-room apartment 80 m2 on 4th floor. Spacious, fully renovated in 2020, beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen), radio and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra). Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 10 m2, terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture. View of the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: no parking. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Bel Appartement très agréable !

Très belle prestation, confortable et agréable ! La terrasse est ventée dommage ! La situation de l'appartement nécessite l'utilisation quotidienne de la voiture mais le parking est au pied de l'immeuble. Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas, j'ose espérer que c'était un problème ponctuel...

Au top!

Appartement au top propre fonctionnel conforme aux photos au calme.on a besoin de la voiture sur place mais dans la résidence on peut se garer facilement.
